New figures show where you can buy a house just steps from the beach for less than £100,000.
With average UK house prices still well above £250,000, coastal living seems out of reach for many buyers. But new analysis from OddsMonkey shows there are still parts of the country where the price of owning a seaside home is still surprising.

according to Odds Monkey Research shows that the cheapest coastal areas are concentrated in the north, particularly the northeast.

While prices are generally much more expensive in the south of England, there are still some relatively affordable coastal options – albeit at significantly higher prices than in the north.

methodology
This study uses data from the Office for National Statistics (ONS) to analyze housing affordability in 76 seaside towns in England and Wales.
Use ONS tools to collect median house price data at the mid-rise super output area (MSOA) level “Are the houses near your home cheap?” (2026). MSOA is used to achieve consistent comparisons between regions.
The data was then analyzed through simple comparisons to identify differences in house prices and affordability between seaside towns.
PakarPBN
A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The core idea behind a PBN is based on the importance of backlinks in Google’s ranking algorithm. Since Google views backlinks as signals of authority and trust, some website owners attempt to artificially create these signals through a controlled network of sites.
In a typical PBN setup, the owner acquires expired or aged domains that already have existing authority, backlinks, and history. These domains are rebuilt with new content and hosted separately, often using different IP addresses, hosting providers, themes, and ownership details to make them appear unrelated. Within the content published on these sites, links are strategically placed that point to the main website the owner wants to rank higher. By doing this, the owner attempts to pass link equity (also known as “link juice”) from the PBN sites to the target website.
The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
