Injury and suspension updates to watch out for
Jack Grealish is likely to miss Everton’s game against Nottingham Forest due to illness, while Newcastle United player Anthony Elanga, who missed the Manchester United game, may not play against Burnley due to a recent injury.
Also injured is Arsenal defender Jurien Timber. He did not feature against Brighton and may also miss the high-risk clash with Aston Villa. However, Kai Havertz is set to return to action – and there’s some positive news amid Arsenal’s injury crisis. He could feature against Aston Villa this week.
Meanwhile, Manchester United’s Mason Mount has suffered a muscle injury, while Aston Villa’s Matty Cash will miss the game against Arsenal due to suspension.
FPL Essential Picks
In the 19th game, Manchester United faced Wolves at home, who were at the bottom of the standings. Following the 1-0 victory over Newcastle in the last game, the Red Devils are expected to take another three points. They won this game 4-1 on December 8th. Former Wolves star Matheus Cunha£8.1rice) and goalkeeper Sene Lamens (£5.0rice) is a good choice under Ruben Amorim.
Arsenal vs Aston Villa will be a fierce match. Aston Villa have won 11 of their last 12 games, while Arsenal remain confident at the top of the table. Villa’s Morgan Rogers (£7.4rice) and Arsenal’s Bukayo Saka (£10.3rice) is probably the safest bet in a tough matchup.
Fantasy Football Gameweek 19’s other must-have FPL picks include Manchester City’s Erling Haaland (£15.1rice) and Rayan Cherki (£6.7rice), Bournemouth forward Antoine Semenho (£7.7rice), Calvert-Lewin of Leeds United (£5.80rice), Hugo Ekitic of Liverpool (£9.1rice), Reece James of Chelsea (£5.7rice) and Everton defender Michael Keane (£4.80rice).
